WARWICK DAY CARE CENTER, inc was first started in the village of Warwick in 1969.
The center moved each year from church to church, until the dss who was the regulator of centers the, made the determination that the center needed
to be in a permanent site.
For many years the center was based in the Wawick Reformed Church on Maple Ave.
Needing to find a new location, the center moved onto the St Anthony Campus in the Mount Alverno building.
WDC has been a vital part of the village and the town of Warwick and enjoys how the community is involved and partners to provide quality services
for all children. Warwick Daycare works with groups like Senior Volunteers and the girl scouts.
Warwick Daycare uses the "Five Sense Learning Style". This style involves teaching the children by using all 5 of their senses to ensure that they understand the lesson.
Warwick Daycare is also working with the Warwick Valley Community Center to enhance opportunities for the kids in and around Warwick. |
